Central College offers a specialized American Program for students of various nationalities or those who have spent more than two consecutive years outside Lebanon. This program features an enriched American curriculum tailored to international learners.
In addition to the American Program, CCJ offers the French Baccalaureate system (Baccalauréat Français) from Kindergarten through Secondary School.

The aforementioned fields are open to candidates who have successfully completed Grade 9. Over the course of a three-year technical training program, students are thoroughly prepared to sit for the Technical Lebanese Baccalaureate Examination. Upon successful completion, they are awarded the official diploma, granting them eligibility for university admission.
The College has BP1 and BP2 sections designed for students who have completed Grades 7 and 8 and are seeking a transition into vocational education.
